A mentor · a mirror · a verse

Tell me how today feels.

Write a few honest lines. I will read the emotion and the words underneath it, then answer the way a teacher would — warming when you are low, grounding when you are high, and clarifying when you are in between. Every answer comes with a shloka, its meaning, and one small thing to actually do.

How the days have gone

Every note you write appears here with the tone the mentor answered in. This list clears when you close the page.

1 · Read

Your note is scanned for emotional vocabulary, life-areas (exam, work, money, love, sleep…), and phrases like “for three months”. Negations — “not fine” — are read lightly rather than literally.

2 · Weigh

Each emotion carries a weight. A negative sum triggers the warming register; a positive sum triggers the grounding register; a mixed or neutral reading triggers clarifying.

3 · Answer

Verses are scored against your emotions, your life-area and the register, then the mentor speaks: acknowledgement, reframe, instruction, a practice, and a blessing.
